Tools used

Firstly and most importantly, make sure you have SEO friendly URL's switched on in your configuration. This may a twiddle or two of the .htaccess file - so if you are not happy with that either give us a ring or find a nice person who is able to do it for you.

With various themes you can edit the NavBar and SideBar to change the top menu and sidemenu. These are applicable to the theme used here: The Bootstrap3 Template - very configurable
